Mark 2:1-2

2:1 And when he returned to Capernaum after some days, it was reported that he was at home. And many were gathered together, so that there was no more room, not even at the door. And he was preaching the word to them. (ESV)

by Leota Stevens

When your life exudes love, caring, wisdom, selflessness, mercy, power and authority, it is sure to draw attention. Everywhere the Lord went, he shared the magnificent nature of God. Like a magnet drawn through iron filings, people were pulled from the doldrums of their everyday lives into the presence of the Son of God. Perhaps the “pull” of the church in our own community would be greater if we focused more on sharing the previously mentioned attributes of the magnificent nature of God.
