—Hebrews 12:14-15, 18-29
by: Chris Galarneau.
We live in a world that is uncertain. Death, tragedy, sickness, and much more can bring us ruin at any second. We live in countries that are temporary. Yet, as Christians, we are ambassadors of a Kingdom without end. We are citizens of God’s Kingdom—a kingdom that is certain and sure, more so than the very world we walk in and touch. When we really think about it, we understand that the things we see and touch are temporary. But God’s Kingdom is so much more—eternal and unshakeable. Therefore, we should set our minds on the values that God’s Kingdom represents and strive to live those values, even while we are here in this temporary world.
