—Judges 16:23-31
by: Angie Osborn.
Even though Samson was set apart before birth to do great things, he tended to stray and fall easily into sin. Sadly, his sin led to his ultimate destruction. At the end of his life, Samson turned back to God. In a final act, Samson used his strength to destroy the temple at Dagon, more Philistines that he had killed in his life, and himself. God used Samson in spite of his sin. He can use us too. We are sinful and we lose our way sometimes. God is always there, ready to welcome us back into His open arms when we turn back to Him.
