PreCon 2013

Youth and Young Adult PreCon are coming. The directors have made their plans and looking forward to spending a few days with you in the elevated land of Colorado. Now is the time to finish making your plans, sign up, and get ready to enjoy 4 days with friends (both new and old).

Please pay attention to the information in the chart below. It provides all the information you need to make your PreCon experience the best it can be.

Note: For Youth PreCon there is a two-part health form this year. Both parts must be complete and accompanied by copies of the camper’s immunization record and insurance card.

Flying Directions	If you are flying, and want transportation to the PreCon site, you must follow the host committee guidelines (below) and provide your travel information to Andrew Camenga by July 17. [email: sdbbce@educatingchristians.org, phone: (585) 466-1155]
	Follow the transportation directions in the next box unless you are attending only Youth PreCon (not Conference). In that case, it will be okay to fly into Denver.	The Host Committee will provide transportation to the Conference site from the Colorado Springs Airport. If you choose to use Denver International Airport instead, you may arrange a ride with the Colorado Springs Shuttle ($50 one way/$90 RT) to the Academy Hotel where we can pick you up.
