What do you think Jesus meant when He said to the Pharisees, “The stones will cry out”? Personally, I believe He was speaking of man’s inability to silence the glory of God. Everything in creation—from a delicate flower to an imposing mountain, a tiny germ to our vast universe—reveals God’s glory simply by existing as He created them. Praising God does not require complicated rituals; we bring Him glory when we live as He designed, which is “to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God” (Micah 6:8).
