Walking is one of the healthiest exercises you can do. Many healthcare professionals tout it as one of the best ways to lose weight, reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes, lower blood pressure, and so much more. Walking with God has all those benefits and more that cannot be attained fully by human effort: peace of mind, joy, wisdom, love, and the list goes on—but most importantly, salvation. Daily communing with the Lord—reading His word, praying, singing hymns and psalms, worshiping, and being faithful to Him—will keep us in these evil days and deliver us from this evil world.
