—John 20:19-31

Not being there when Jesus appeared was one thing; not believing that He did appear or that He is who He is because you did not see Him is quite another. When Thomas was presented with the physical signs of Jesus’ crucifixion, he proclaimed, “My Lord and my God” (v.28). But Jesus said, “Blessed are they who did not see, and yet believed” (v.29). Jesus made a second appearance so that Thomas could see and thus believe. What doubts do you have in your mind about the gospel? Pray about them and allow the Holy Spirit to remove them.
