—Acts 9:1-9

Saul, who was also known as Paul, did not appear to be someone who had any interest in hearing the teachings of Jesus, let alone having an encounter with Him. He threatened, imprisoned, and murdered those who followed Christ’s teaching. Yet, Jesus still showed up in a way that would change Saul’s life forever. This goes to show that those who are not following Christ are the ones who may need a powerful encounter with Him the most. It can be easy to see the sins people commit and deem them as lost causes. Who is to say that God cannot or will not work through those people?
