It has been said that our greatest desires pale in comparison to God’s desire for us. God has a grand plan that we get to take part in. We get to be a piece in the puzzle of God’s picture. So often we try to fit God into our plans, our lives, but we forget that God has fit us into his plans. God wants us to be his. Isn’t that great?
Who doesn’t want to be a part of God’s plan? We have been chosen to be his, even before the creation of the world (verse 4). Our desires should be God’s desires. If our desires pale in comparison to God’s desire for us, why aren’t our desires God’s desires?
