Christians must remember whom they are serving-Christ-and why they are serving him. When we are representing Christ, we would want to (1) make him look good, (2) let our actions and language reflect his actions and language, (3) promote his agenda, (4) show respect and be humble in our interactions with others, (5) deal fairly with others, and (6) set aside personal desires and agendas.
To have the mind of Christ, one must pay attention to Christ and constantly observe his objectives. To achieve this, Jesus must be the priority. The goal is to do what Christ would do-put God first (Luke 22:42). Changing your way of thinking about Christ's way takes hard work, doesn't it? If you are willing, know that he is more willing. It takes humility, patience, faithfulness, and prioritizing.
